Welcome to Jersey Girl Logistics, LLC. By accessing or using our website, coaching/consulting services, or booking system, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

We provide consulting and coaching services related to logistics, business operations, and professional development. The scope of each service is defined at the time of booking.

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• Services must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged in writing.
• Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time, but confirmed bookings will be honored at the agreed rate.

• All bookings are managed through Koalendar.
• You may reschedule or cancel sessions up to 24 hours in advance.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of a session are non-refundable.
• No-shows are treated as completed sessions.
   

• Refunds are not provided for completed sessions.
• Bundles and subscriptions are non-refundable once sessions have started.
• If we must cancel a session, you may reschedule at no additional cost.

 By booking, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when scheduling.
• Arrive on time and prepared for sessions.
• Use the services for lawful purposes only.

We provide coaching and consulting services to the best of our ability, but we do not guarantee specific business outcomes or results. Success depends on your own implementation and circumstances.

All materials provided during coaching or consulting (templates, worksheets, resources) are for your personal/business use only and may not be shared, sold, or distributed without written permission. 

 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jersey Girl Logistics, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
